Pour les produits en stock:

  • Livraison à domicile colissimo en 2 à 5 jours, ou avec mondial relay en 5 à 8 jours, en France métropolitaine.
  • Livraison à domicile colissimo en 4 à 6 jours ou en avec mondial relay en 6 à 9 jours pour l'Europe
  • Livraison à domicile en 8 jours ouvrés pour le reste du monde.

Pour les produits sur commande:

Comptez une à deux semaines de fabrication (bananes en velours par exemple)

Attention, les coques et les affiches étant produites uniquement sur commande, le délai de livraison est d'environ 14 jours ouvrés.

Retours:

Les retours et échanges sont possibles dans les 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande, sauf produits fabriqués à la commande (coque de téléphones, affiches, bananes en velours etc).

Les frais de retour à la charge du client pour une demande de remboursement. Il en est de même en cas de réexpédition pour échange.
