National orders

Returns: Les Rideuses will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed and unused products with tags intact within 14 days of purchase.

There are two ways to return your items:

Return your item(s) by printing a shipping label on the return request page and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Return your order by your own carrier.

Exchanges: Les Rideuses accepts exchanges of unworn items with tags intact if the order is returned within 14 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, discounted items, posters and phone cases.

Les Rideuses is not responsible for return and exchange costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Time: Once your package is received, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) you returned (minus shipping costs) to the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to appear in your account.)

International orders

Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.
